The exact terms of each transaction, including the apartment price, payment schedule, specifications and completion date, are confirmed in the individual purchase agreement signed by the buyer and the seller.<\/p><p data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"745\">By submitting a request or reserving an apartment, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed the available project information and agree to proceed in accordance with the terms specified in the relevant agreements.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"brnin\" data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"787\">2. Apartment Availability and Pricing<\/h2><p data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"871\">Apartment availability, prices, layouts, sizes, floor levels and views may change.<\/p><p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"1106\">The final purchase price is confirmed individually and stated in the reservation document or preliminary purchase agreement.
